Announcement! We have a winner of our ChoLon craft beer dinner with Top Chef Stephanie Izard and Alex Seidel
On Thursday, September 29, Top Chef champion Stephanie Izard, who's just about ready to embark on a book tour, along with Alex Seidel, chef/owner of Fruition, will share the kitchen with Lon Symensma at ChoLon Modern Asian Bistro when all three kitchen magicians commune to host a four-course, family-style craft beer dinner.

Tickets to the feast are $120 per person, plus tax and gratuity, but last week, we gave Cafe Society readers the opportunity to snap up two complimentary seats if they could answer our contest question: How many orders of soup dumplings did Symensma serve during the month of August?
After more than 100 guesses, we have a winner.
Congratulations to Chelsea, who guessed 1,659 soup dumplings.The actual number was 1,673.
