Have GA tickets to Dish? Here's your chance to upgrade them for VIP tickets
For the past seventeen years, Westword has paid tribute to Denver's celebrated dining scene with its annual Dish soiree, a culinary blowout of the city's best bites, sips and sounds.
This year, Dish will be bigger and better than ever, and at a new venue: Ninth Avenue Historic Park at Metro State. Not only that, but Cafe Society scribes invited some of our favorite restaurants and food trucks to join us there on Friday, September 9, where they'll be serving samples of many of our favorite dishes. Of course, there will also be plenty of beer and wine, as well as a spirits celebration honoring the Art of the Cocktail, along with live music from Robert Eldridge, Air Dubai and Rachel Platten.
If you've already bought general admission tickets for Dish, have we got a deal for you: The winner of this contest will be able to upgrade a pair of GA tickets to VIP status, which comes with a kick-ass reception starting at 6 p.m., plus three complimentary drink tickets for beer, wine or cocktails -- and private bathrooms! Hey, that means no lines, people.
In order to win the upgrade, you'll need to come up with the best answer for this question: How many steak tartares has Le Grand Bistro & Oyster Bar served since it opened on Monday, August 29?
The person who comes the closest to the actual number without going over will win. We'll announce the winner tomorrow morning -- and if it's you, you'll need to stop by the Westword office to exchange your GA tix for VIP tix.
