Zydeco's brings Cajun to LoDo

• First time there,,,we both loved it. Everyone was so helpul on telling us about each dish. Chef and owner both visited us and was asking for feedback. We both felt the food was good and the total experience was positive. We went in early and missed on the live music that was to come later.

• Things must have changed dramatically since these last comments.  My family just ate at Zydeco for the first time and the food was phenomenal and the atmosphere delightful...workers are friendly and knowledgeable.  Just the other night they had live music too.  Hope they get a sign up someday soon because the only thing is it's kind of hard to spot, so write down the address before you head there.  Perfect location and hope this place takes off soon! I'll definitely be back soon!

• No history of cajun food, hastily put together hastily executed, not one I would bet on to be around for great lengths of time.

• I just went to the website and it's...uninspired and best.  The menu posted I hope is just a sample or a maybe a joke so that we are pleasantly surprised when when actually go.  It's a shame as Louisianan food is some of the best in the country and this looks like they just looked it up on the internet.

• Amusing that a place called Gumbo's just shut down and a place called Zydeco's is opening up. I'd be interested in finding out if anyone involved in Zydeco's has any background or history associated with the food or culture of Louisiana.

• Not very good.  Rice was over cooked and service was poor.  That's a shame, because this town needs a good Cajun place.
