This week's review took me to Satchel's on 6th, the restaurant that Andrew Casalini and his wife, Jen Dactano, opened after they closed Satchel's Market in Park Hill. While elements of the new restaurant are certainly familiar, preserving the charm of the previous spot, I was pleased to discover that Satchel's on 6th has tightened up on both the original's sometimes sloppy service and its haphazard presentation.
