Colorado has a spirited market of local spirits, and tonight, Bull & Bush Pub & Brewery, 4700 Cherry Creek South, will celebrate all that homegrown hooch at the Colorado Spirits Dinner. Six courses will be paired with flavors from some of the best Colorado distilleries; admission is $70 (cash only). The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m.; make reservations by calling 303-759-0333.
