For this week's Cafe review, I head up to 2600 High Street, where husband-and-wife team Frank and Dina Berta run Frank's Kitchen, a restaurant that feels so integral to the neighborhood that it seems like it's held down this corner for years -- even though Frank's has only been open since May. The former contractor and restaurant journalist quickly attracted a crowd of regulars, who come in for both the conversation and the cooking, with Frank working off his own eclectic menu.
