It's no secret that we're fans of Meatless Monday, and today you can join the movement with minimal effort by eating at Olivea (719 East 17th Avenue, 303-861-5050) or Duo (2413 West 32nd Avenue, 303-477-4141), which offer vegetarian specials every Monday.
