Were you there last night when Club 404 issued last call under the ownership of the Feld family? If you can't remember, take a look at our slide show -- it might help you remember. 
And there is plenty to remember about the legendary Club 404, which Jerry Feld opened more than sixty years ago. After a few attempts at selling the spot fell through, he finally sealed a deal with Craig Caldwell and his son, Andrew. The Caldwells took possession this morning, after one final party. They're planning on fixing up the place -- but not to much -- and reopening again as early as the end of the month.
