Coohills's cool kitchen started cooking in November.
Restaurant openings and closings ran the gamut from A (Ambria) to Z (Zingers) in November, with thirty restaurants -- including Colorado's first Steak 'n Shake! -- debuting in metro Denver.

Generous Servings & Apres Dessert Bar on 32nd Street have also closed.  Nov 23rd.

One correction. The Bubba Chinos that opened is at 3900 North Wadsworth in bucolic Wheat Ridge.......

Pho 123... how clever! :P

Steak 'n Shake has been mobbed. Hour and a half waits and drive-thru wrapped around the parking lot. For a burger? Seriously?

Bucolic! Word of the day!

You obviously weren't around when the first-in-Colorado Krispy Kreeme opened down the street a few years ago.

You have to be an idiot to wait in line that long for a cheap burger. Or doughnut.

It's better than hamburger, its steak.

Personally, I'd wait that long for the

CHICKEN MELTGrilled chicken, melted Swiss cheese, vine-ripened tomato, hickory smoked bacon, and our sweet ’n tangy Frisco sauce on grilled sourdough. Served with fries.  5.99
