Every Tuesday, Sketch, 11 West First Avenue, resurrects gourmet dishes from the original Cherry Creek menu for Tuesday Date Night. This week, the venue is offering prime rib with au jus, fresh mozzarella and tomato salad, lump crab cake with caper mayo, broccoli with cheese sauce and warm bread pudding with caramel sauce, with featured wines on special.
