Beer dinners, sparkling wine and more on this week's culinary calendar

There will be beer dinners celebrating local brews this week, as well as several wine events -- and restaurants are gearing up for the all-important Valentine's Day dinners, too. Here's a taste of what's on the menu:

Monday, February 6:

Lou's Food Bar, 1851 West 38th Avenue, hosts the Great Divide Beer Dinner, four courses paired with Great Divide brews. It starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $45; reservations are required. Call 303-458-0336 or visit www.lousfoodbar.com.
