Denver Restaurant Week, cheese classes on this week's culinary calendar

Denver Restaurant Week began this past Saturday (prompting some words of wisdom from Matt Selby, chef of Vesta Dipping Grill and Steuben's) and continues through Friday, March 9. Participating restaurants are offering prix-fixe meals for $52.80 per couple or $26.40 per individual. Visit the website for menus and details.

Frasca Food and Wine

Tuesday, February 28:

Great Divide Brewing, 2201 Arapahoe Street, hosts its monthly beer and cheese pairing tonight, which takes place every last Tuesday of the month. $24 per person includes tax & gratuity. RSVP required. Email or call 303-296-9460 to check availability.

IHOP celebrates National Pancake Day by offering free flapjacks all day today. In return, they're asking for voluntary donations to benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children.
