You can get ready for Ash Wednesday by sinning big-time on Fat Tuesday. But that holiday is just part of the fun on on this week's culinary calendar, which also includes National Margarita Day and the start of Denver Restaurant Week. Here's a peek at the rest of the menu:

Monday, February 20:
