Tomorrow is a really special day of the year, when you will no doubt attempt to show how much you care about your significant other by showering him or her with gifts, Hallmark cards, roses, confections and maybe even some red and pink confetti. And if everyone plays their cards right, the most romantic evening of the year should end with some sort of wild, passionate tryst between the sheets. Win.

To seal the deal, though, you'll need a really solid dinner reservation because tantalizing morsels and the gentle buzz lent by sharing a bottle of wine really ups your chances at that endgame. And if you procrastinated, you're probably panicking right now. There are still plenty of tables available before 6 p.m. and after 9 p.m., after all, but that sort of makes it look like you waited until the last possible second and got stuck with whatever was available, thus upping your chances of a V-Day freeze out and lowering your chances of the post-dinner boink.
