Great Divide Brewing, 2201 Arapahoe Street, will host its popular beer and cheese pairing tonight. The event costs $24, which includes tax and gratuity. An RSVP is required; e-mail Great Divide to grab a spot.
Wednesday, March 28:
Cured, 1825 Pearl Street in Boulder, and The Pinyon, 1710 Pearl Street in Boulder, are teaming up to break down an entire pig from Tender Belly today -- and after that, Cured will have every cut you can imagine for sale. Pre-order is required, though; call 720-389-8096.
