Small Plates, Big Hearts tonight at Infinity Park Event Center

The inaugural Small Plates, Big Hearts takes place tonight at Infinity Park Event Center, 4400 East Kentucky Avenue, where some of Denver's finest chefs will battle each other in a friendly competition that benefits the Adoption Exchange.

The big names competing include Troy Guard of TAG, Scott Parker of Table 6, Anand Chaturvedula of 240 Union, Travis Masar of Aria, Jon Haverland of Coral Room, Andre Lobato of Crimson Canary/Interstate Kitchen & Bar, Sergio Romero of Le Grand Bistro & Oyster Bar, Lucas Chandler of Il Posto, Bob Gitre of Mangia Bevi/Epicurean Culinary Group, and Jake Weber of Venue.

Breweries, wineries and other cocktail purveyors have also stepped up to provide libations to go with the food. Tickets are $125; visit the Adoption Exchange website for details.
