Escape to Catalonia tonight at Olivea's regional dinner

Olivea, 719 East 17th Avenue, is hosting a special dinner tonight featuring a Catalonian tapas menu paired with wines of the same region. "Our regional series is for the more adventurous eater," says Brooke Bishop, director of operations for Olivea and its sister restaurant, Duo. "We go more in-depth within the cuisine that we're focusing on."

"The series has been really good for us," she adds. "It's a great way to highlight the different regions where we get ideas for our menu."

Dinner will be family-style, with four courses of three tapas each, two for dessert. (Check out the menu here). The cost is $40 for food and $20 for the wine pairings, and there are still a few open spots for the second seating, and seats at the bar for the first.
