Guess where I'm eating no-taste "Christmas" enchiladas?

The perennial question: Red, green or Christmas?

In this case, none of the above.

And for the love of ristas, use some damn salt to season your food.

Can you guess where I'm eating?

Special bonus: Anyone who gives the first correct answer to the week's Guess Where posts is entered into a pool -- and every Monday, we select one lucky winner who'll receive an EatDenver dining deck, worth up to $520 in discounts at independent restaurants. Yep, I'd agree with the Julia Blackbird suggestion.  I'm pretty sure I recognize those kind of "Santa Fe trendy" blue plates.  I'd also agree that what looks like a nice plate of enchiladas is boring to the max.  Seriously, always under-seasoned.  Interesting because IMO most of the Denver hot restaurants are guilty of way over-salting their food.  Yes, I'm talking to you Fruition.
