A celebration of American beer kicks off the calendar this week
American Craft Beer Week begins today, with dozens of beer-related events filling the calendar from now through May 20, including brewery tours, special releases, food-and-beer pairings and tap takeovers.

The Kitchen Denver, 1530 16th Street, welcomes Jack Rabbit Hill & Thistle Whistle Farm for its Monday Community Night. Dinner is served at 7 p.m. and costs $35 per person, 20 percent of which helps the Kitchen's efforts to plant gardens in Denver Public Schools. Call 303-623-3127 to RSVP.
