Bisque closes in Cherry Creek

After relocating to Cherry Creek North from Lakewood last year, Bisque has shuttered. The restaurant's voicemail simply states:

"We are now closed. Thank you for your support and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

The problem is that service ranged from indifferent to surly.  No soup for you!

Looks like CCN only like the corporate restaurants.  Maybe people should wake up and start giving the little independents a try...

Well, CCN is the graveyard of independents.  You gotta have deep corporate pockets or hit the ground running to pay those rents.  I expect we'll see the likes of Le Merise and Aria to follow shortly.  The Hillstone Group should just buy CCN and be done with it.
