A birthday bash at Vesta, beer and wine and more on this week's calendar
Vesta Dipping Grill turns fifteen this month, and owner Josh Wolkon and crew have invited former Vesta chefs Tyler Skrivanek of Duo, James Rugile of Mizuna, Wade Kirwan of Adrift, Dillon Maddox of Solera, Drew Hardin of Lola and Brandon Biederman of Steuben's to cook at a six-course feast and fundraiser for LoDo Cares on Thursday.

Whole Foods Cherry Creek, 2375 East First Avenue, is hosting a local cheese class from 6:30 to 8 p.m., featuring cheeses from Avalanche in Basalt, Haystack in Longmont and MuCo in Fort Collins.
