A celebration of seafood, beer and tea festivals and more on the calendar this week
The Tour de Jax, a traveling dinner series hosted by each of the three Jax Fish House locations, begins today. Chefs Sheila Lucero, Amos Watts, Kevin Grossi and Adam Watts -- along with special guest (and James Beard Award nominee) Lance Hanson of Jack Rabbit Hill Estates Winery -- have teamed up to create a five-course menu paired with cocktails and wine from Jack Rabbit Hill.

Tonight's dinner will be at the Boulder location (303-444-1811), tomorrow's will be in Denver (303-292-5767) and the Fort Collins location (970-682-2275) will cap the series off on Wednesday. The event costs $100, which includes drinks; view the menu here and call the restaurants to reserve a seat.

Boulder Wine Merchant, 2690 Broadway Street in Boulder, is hosting a free Gin & Tonic tasting featuring spirits from Colorado-based Peak Distillery from 5 to 7 p.m. tonight. Call the shop at 303-443-6761 to grab a spot.
