To briefly respond to some of the comments, the staff of Pub 17 is creating a Colorado-centric menu both for food and beverage tempered with  what our guests are looking for.  If there is a special request for an imported beer or a beer that is not produced regionally, chances are very good that we will be able to accommodate.  In these opening weeks and months, though beer selections in Pub 17 are extensive, they are still evolving.   A series of “nano” beers is being introduced as we continually refine our list of offerings based on what we find you want.

 

We so appreciate everyone’s thoughts and will continue to monitor them with careful consideration .  We had a great Grand Opening this week. We hope everyone will come by and see Denver’s Newest Brew Pub, Pub 17 on Welton Street, soon.

No "nano" on tap at the opening, unless Dry Dock is considered a "nano".  Nice spot, especially for a hotel bar. Plenty of seating, 3 TVs, none in-your-face. Host and Waitstaff  seem happy to be working there. Lots of potential.
