Friday, July 27:
Kyle's Brew Fest Facebook page Kyle Hollingsworth of the String Cheese Incident will perform at Boulder Beer Co. Saturday.
The annual Summer Brew Fest takes place tonight at Mile High Station, 2027 West Colfax Avenue, from 7 to 10 p.m. The festival features 125 beers from nearly fifty breweries, live music and a silent auction. Tickets are $30 in advance, $35 at the door and can be purchased on the festival's website; a portion of the proceeds will benefit Swallow Hill Music Association.
Saturday, July 28:
Kyle Hollingsworth -- keyboardist for the String Cheese Incident and avid homebrewer -- has partnered with Boulder Beer Company, 2880 Wilderness Place in Boulder, for a mini-beer festival and benefit concert. Patrons can enjoy 60 beers from 30 breweries while listening to tunes from the Kyle Hollingsworth Band from 3 to 7 p.m. Tickets to Kyle's Brew Fest cost $25 and all proceeds will benefit the Boulder-based nonprofit Conscious Alliance.
