Dish, Tour de Fat and more on the culinary calendar this week
Dish goes down from 7:30 to 11 p.m. tonight in the Sculpture Park at the Denver Performing Arts Complex, Champa Street & Speer Boulevard, with food from Central Bistro, Colt & Gray, Fire on the Mountain, Sexy Pizza, Interstate Kitchen & Bar, Frijoles Colorado Cuban Cafe, Crimson Canary, Thai Monkey Club, Manneken Frites, Corner Office, Juicy Burgers & Dogs, Jonesy's EatBar, El Taco de Mexico, Cafe|Bar, El Chingon Mexican Bistro, Tony's Bistro, Lala's Wine Bar + Pizzeria, Lucky Pie Pizza, Second Home, Brava! Pizzeria, Cellar Wine Bar, Charlie's Ice Cream Social, City, O' City, Finley's Pub, The Inventing Room, Le Grand Bistro & Oyster Bar, My Favorite Muffin, Polished Tavern, Rooster & Moon, Sexy Pizza, and WaterCourse Foods.
Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs will be there, too, as will trucks from Comida, Crock Spot, Mestizo's, Waffle Brothers, Coaches Scoop, Hey PB&J and Basic Kneads.
