Cook Street School of Fine Cooking, 1937 Market Street, has invited Mark DeNittis of Il Mondo Vecchio and Cinque Soldi Salumeria for an eight-course seminar covering the basics of butchery and sausage making. "The Foundations of Meat" begins today and continues every Monday (excluding September 17) until November 5. Tuition for all eight courses costs $2,000 and there are only five seats left; click here for the full curriculum.
