Unleashing $40 for a steak is a big splurge in my world, but the enthusiastic server at this cattle feedlot in the hills (but within 35 minutes of the Wesword office) insisted the bone-in ribeye was worth the big bucks. She was wrong. Way wrong. Straight-up bull, in fact. And the lukewarm, under-seasoned creamed corn and sweet potatoes only added to my tears of despair.

Can you guess where I'm eating?

Fort? No, sides are too common. Same for Chart House, which uses table linens. I'm going with Black Hat, though it's darker than a cave in there. Maybe you ate early and sat by a window?

I can barely see the steak knife. But I see enough to know that it is used to served dennys "steak and eggs", I road trip go f your a, and that should mean enough. Not that a $40 steak needs it but those knives can't cut butter. After all this time I would have figured that Lori could see through the whole "buckhorn Exchange" phenomenon and not waste ill spent advertising dollars when you already know the cracker barrel sucks.
