Guess where I'm eating carne adovada?

My accountant recently turned me on to this west-side suburban Mexican joint that's been a fixture in the 'hood for years, and while we don't always see eye-to-eye when it comes to food, he steered me in the right direction here, although ordering the carne adovada was all my idea -- and I'd go back just to have it again.

Can you guess where I'm eating?

Well, it may be tasty but it doesn't look like any carne adovada that I've ever seen. And, what's with the overwhelming amount of rice and beans - somebody is scrimping on the carne in favor of cheaper sides IMO. Is that a puddle of green chile on the side? Blasphemy.

@Denver Dave It's some of the best I've had in Denver, and the green chile was good, too. Not blasphemy at all, and that's, quite frankly, what I was expecting, but I love to be proven wrong.

Lori - If you ever want to try the real thing, I'd be happy to prepare it for you. I grew up in New Mexico and my carne adovada (he says modestly) will blow your mind. Maybe some beans (not refritos) and posole if you like. And, if I do say so, my margaritas will rock your world (no sweet and sour mix at my house).
