Denver Startup Week, birthday celebrations and more on this week's calendar
Denver Startup Week begins today and runs through October 27. The week-long celebration features over sixty interactive events exploring the rich history and potential of entrepreneurism in Denver -- including its ever-growing food scene. Check the website for a full schedule of events.
Here's a taste of what else is on this week's culinary menu:
Black Eye Coffee, 3408 Navajo Street, is hosting a meet-up for local designers to kick-off Denver Startup Week this morning from 9 to 10 a.m. There will be free coffee and pastries for the first thirty who register; which can be done on the website.
Chef Troy Guard of TAG will be part of a DSW panel discussion today from 3 to 5 p.m. at Battery 621, 621 Kalamath Street. The group will explore how to showcase Denver's creative spirit through business -- over beers, of course. Register for the free event here.
