Guess where I'm eating shrimp pasta hijacked by parsley?

The pasta was fine -- a little one-dimensional, but fine -- and the shrimp didn't justify any complaints, but for the love of 2012, when can we dispense with showering parsley all over our food?

Can you guess where I'm eating?

I hope that you do disclose the place, even if nobody guesses.  Shrimp that have not been cleaned of the poop chute are revolting, and indicate a lazy kitchen.

No guess, just a comment.  I really enjoy flat leaf parsley. Based on the picture it looks like they were a little heavy handed with it, but I would of been okay with that had it been served to me.  What it needs is a good pinch of crushed red peppers.
