The Cherry Creek Noodles & Company -- the first store in this homegrown chain -- has closed. Founder Aaron Kennedy opened the original location at 2360 East Third Avenue in 1995, and the fast-casual restaurant has since expanded into a national chain with over 200 locations in eighteen states.

Once again greedy landlords - cherry creek style - ruin it for those who loved this place.

When a CHAIN cannot afford the rent, it is bad.

Greedy landlords in CC.

Pretty surprised.  The place always had steady business despite the tough parking situaltion.  Would have thought that it was still a profitable operation even with a rent increase.
