Take a course on meat at University of Denver this evening

The University of Denver is hosting a free screening of American Meat -- a documentation of the meat industry in America -- tonight on the campus. And Westword editor Patricia Calhoun will moderate a panel discussion afterwards.

That panel includes nutritionist Dianne Koehler, John Long of Long Family Farms and Graham Meriwether, the documentary's director. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. and since it's sponsored by Chipotle, there will be snacks to start. Visit the website for more details.
