Sugar Blues -- a free lecture by nutritional consultant and health coach Kim McCormack -- is tonight at 6:30 p.m. McCormack will break down the health effects of having a sweet tooth and also teach ways to curb it, as well as explain what a regimen of whole, unprocessed foods can do to positively impact overall health.
