Oak at Fourteenth will host the James Beard Celebrity Chef tour tonight

Oak at Fourteenth, 1400 Pearl Street in Boulder, is welcoming Bryce Gilmore of Barley Swine in Austin and mixologist Manny Hinojosa of Bacardi USA tonight for a special dinner benefiting the James Beard Foundation. The two will join Oak's owners -- chef Steven Redzikowski and startender Bryan Dayton -- for a seven-course, Southern-inspired feast paired with cocktails. Keep reading for a look at the menu.

Wood fired pretzels with Benton's Tennessee ham, house mustard, ahi tuna crudo, honey basil vinaigrette, cucumber, Mark's boudin corn dog, smoked redfish mouse, redfish cracklins

Crispy soft shell crab and Dungeness crab salad, sugar snap peas, ginger

Grilled tender belly prime New York strip loin, creamed corn, pickled ramps, ancho vinaigrette

Dark chocolate and Toniolli olive oil cake, Red Wagon Farm strawberries, pistachio ice cream
