Guess where I'm eating a Vietnamese noodle bowl?

Lori Midson

All too often, Vietnamese noodle bowls are undermined by a crop of lettuce lurking at the bottom of the bowl, but the bún at this Vietnamese restaurant brims with generous amounts of savory meats, glistening herbs, noodles with a spring in their step and crisp vegetables, which give the traditional Vietnamese dish a ton of texture. As for the lettuce? Nary a leaf to be found.

Can you guess where I'm eating?

Am I wrong to say that I actually like the lettuce in bun? That being said, I have no clue where this is but it looks delicious. For funzos, I will guess Saigon Terrace.
