Readers: Will Jen Jasinski win Top Chef Masters tonight?
Denver looked good on Monday Night Football this week, but it could look even better tonight. Jen Jasinski, chef/co-owner of Rioja, Bistro Vendome and Euclid Hall has made it to the finals of Top Chef Masters. At 8 p.m. tonight, Bravo will air the last episode, in which Chef Jen competes against Bryan Voltaggio and Douglas Keane. Before the first episode aired, we asked how Jasinski would describe the Top Chef experience. "It's the hardest thing I've ever done," she replied. "Let me just say this: The challenges are so real and they just pop them on you and you don't have any time to think. It kicked my ass and was exhausting...watch it and you'll see what I mean."

Still, Jasinski won the James Beard award for Best Chef Southwest in May -- can she triumph tonight, too?
Good for her! Every time one of the guys on this show underestimates her, she takes them down.
But then there's this from Denver Doughboy:
Good on her, but she has zero chance of winning the finals. Both Voltaggio and Keane have been odds-on favorites since the beginning of the season, so it would be a huge upset to catch both of them on a bad night and win. Will you be watching Top Chef Masters tonight? Do you think Jen Jasinski will win this one for the home team -- and Work Options for Women?
Truth is she was lucky to squeak in; her second chance back into the competition was a farcically obvious attempt by the producers to right a wrong by the judges to eliminate the last two women in the competition in the same double elimination round (when it was Voltaggio who should have gone home for an inventive but inedible dish).
On this night, Jasinski's dish seemed undercooked to all but the most avid rare/raw meat eaters, but her competition had done an unimaginative chocolate souffle dessert. Entrees never lose to desserts on TC.
