Pho Duy & Grill, which is not affiliated with Pho Duy on Federal Boulevard -- but shares family ties with the Pho Duy in Aurora -- opened last week in Centennial with a menu that, not surprisingly, bowls over with pho. Seventeen versions of the Vietnamese noodle soup, including rare steak, tendon, tripe, meatballs, shrimp, brisket and chicken (no vegetarian pho, and, sadly, no oxen penis, either), grace the board, which also features noodle bowls, or bĂșn; steamed rice plates paired with marinated meats; spring rolls and egg rolls; Vietnamese puddings; and smoothies and Vietnamese coffee. Pho Duy & Grill is open Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Here's a peek at the space and the menu.
