Christmas is supposed to be a time of good cheer, but it's really a time of very good eats. And this tradition holds up around the world. In Sweden, for example, a traditional Christmas Eve dinner includes a smorgasbord (aka Swedish buffet) with ham, pork, fish and plenty of sweets. And tonight, you can indulge in a version of this 'God Jul' feast at Trillium " target="_blank">: The third dinner in its Scandinavian series celebrates a traditional Swedish Christmas. Chef Ryan Leinonen has prepared a four-course meal, complete with wine and cocktail pairings; tickets are $70 per person. For reservations, call 303-379-9759.
