Guess where I'm eating an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink torta?

Holy torta! That's pretty much, give or take an expletive, what I mouthed when the kitchen at this divey Mexican joint presented me with what can only be described as a gut bomb. I manged to knife-and-fork my way through about a quarter of a it, before a homeless dude wandered in and hovered at my table, his eyes bulging at the mere sight of something to ridiculously large. I gladly handed it over, and he didn't waste any time digging in. Better his gut than mine.

Can you guess where I'm eating?

divey Mexican joint, not a designated torta place, somewhere in the Denver metro area.  Well, that narrows it down!

@Bagwhan  Hey, they actually served the torta on a plate, and with a knife and fork. That's gotta be a giveaway. Oh and Lori got the story a little wrong. I'm not homeless.

@davebarnesNo, and Dave, there's no need to include links to Yelp listings.  Just the name of the restaurant will suffice. Thanks.
