Udi Bar-on shared some big news in Chef and Tell: Come summer, his restaurants will no longer be called Udi's, since that was a stipulation of the $125 million sale of Udi's Foods. And in A Federal Case, Mark Antonation stopped by Chili Verde, now in a new home with an expanded menu.
