Reader: Lowry and other areas east of Colorado lack restaurants
East Denver got good news and bad news this month. First, chef/owner Jon Robbins, founder of Gypsy Kitchen, opened the brick-and-mortar Bistro Barbès at 5021 East 28th Avenue.
