Reader: Am I the only one who finds the term "cocktail program" pretentious?
Goose Sorensen's Solera was a destination restaurant on East Colfax long before that strip started improving. "I love this place and it is so underrated in so many departments," says one reader. "Best patio, great food and an awesome chef. Now a killer bar program?"
In fact, all Solera might need is a new name for that new bar program. Says Denver Dave:
Am I the only one who finds the term "cocktail program" pretentious? Big deal: You have a bar and a bartender. Referring to that as a "cocktail program" is just an excuse to charge more for a drink... IMHO.
