The Denver brewery has garnered many fans in Scandinavia since, one of whom happens to be the lead singer of the metal band In Flames, due to open for Lamb of God at the Fillmore tonight.

Celebrate the Great American Beer Festival at Falling Rock today

The taps at Falling Rock, 1919 Blake Street, are always up-to-date, especially during the Great American Beer Festival. In fact, Denver's most famous craft-beer bar can be a welcome alternative to the massive fest. There will be daily tappings throughout the weekend there, and today's begins at noon with the annual Sierra Nevada Kill-A-Keg, in which the bar's patrons attempt to "kill" a keg of the brewery's Harvest Ale as quickly as possible.
