Jacques Pepin and Barbara Kingsolver
Okay, this has nothing to do with fashion, but the man who put up with Julia Child – in good humor, no less – is here in D-town on the same day as Barbara “Mandatory Reading List” Kingsolver. This is some wacky star alignment that Cat fully approves of. She loves them both.

Pepin is at a bunch of events throughout the day (his daughter, Claudine, lives here), but he’ll be at the Tattered Cover on Colfax at 2 p.m. For his full schedule, click here.

Kingsolver.jpg
Kingsolver is in town stumping for her new memoir Animal, Vegetable, Miracle: A Year of Food Life. She’ll be at the LoDo Tattered Cover at 7:30 p.m. Plan on arriving around 6:30 p.m. to collect your free ticket since there is limited space.

Happy, happy, joy, joy!!
