Will the Supreme Court Control Pricing -- and Wal-Mart?

The Supreme Court has quite a conundrum before it: Should they trash anti-trust laws and allow designers and manufacturers to set a minimum price for their wares? Con: Places like Burlington Coat Factory and Wal-Mart and other bargain stores may see a fall out in terms of what they can offer. (via WWD)
