Obama gets posterized

• This sounds upsetting but there were completely different elements at work here. I was on-hand to watch. As private DNC events let out at bar closing on Broadway Sunday night (Bar Standard/Vinyl)a wall had been freshly wheat pasted with a large collection of posters from a fast moving Obey team. Before having a moment to dry and quickly after being affixed the posters were identified by colletors and fans of the Obey/Shepard Fairey corporate machine and peeled of by visitors eager to grab a piece of the Obama art for their personal collection. The pieces you have pictured are remnants that were unable to be pulled off without completely tearing.
