Officer S. Michael reports:

"While conducting an undercover narcotics operation, the undercover officer met with [the 44-year-old male suspect]. The suspect agreed to sell the undercover officer $100 for suspected marijuana. The suspect transported the suspected marijuana to the undercover officer in exchange for $100 in pre-recorded twenty dollar bills. Suspect was arrested, vehicle impounded and suspected marijuana placed into evidence." — Jared Jacang Maher
