As Mary Poppins cheerfully intoned, "For every job that must be done, there is an element of fun!" This year's election is no different. Although the ballot is loaded with seemingly endless and complex referendums and amendments, each is more easily understood when compared to candy. Amendmentos, like the candy Mentos, are the chewy (political) issues with the smooth, sugar-coated shell. As candy, Referendums L,M, N and Amendments 46, 48 and 51 are very clear to see.
