Lend your vacuum at your own risk, Denverites

While searching for the text of a certain Colorado law completely unrelated to inter-neighbor vacuum cleaner loan, I stumbled across a website which featured exactly that. DumbLaws.com is pretty much what it sounds like: a website that catalogs dumb laws in all fifty states, including this law, purportedly on the books in Denver: It is unlawful to lend your vacuum cleaner to your next-door neighbor.
The validity of the laws on DumbLaws.com is questionable. A disclaimer on the website says many of the laws have been verified, but many others, including those culled from news reports and the oh-so-accurate interwebs have not.
Still, the site is fun to browse. If you don't feel like doing it yourself, click below for a short list of Colorado laws that may or may not be real:
In Colorado Springs, it's permissible to wear a holstered six-gun within city limits except on Sunday, Election Day or holidays.
In Denver, you may not drive a black car on Sunday.
In Logan County, it's illegal for a man to kiss a woman while she's asleep.
In Pueblo, it's illegal to let a dandelion grow within city limits.
In Sterling, cats may not run loose without having been fit with a tail light.
The website does not make clear what this last measure means. But the same law is listed on several other websites, including Loony Laws About Animals, Nat's Pet Mats and Bored.com. So it must be true!!!
