The Birdman cometh!
No, not Chris Andersen, you fairweather, bandwagon Nuggets fans. I'm talking about the original Birdman, Tony Hawk.
It's not every day that the most famous skateboarder in the world shows up at a mellow, hippie enclave like Nederland. Hawk and and members of his Birdhouse skateboarding team will be doing the Colorado noodle dance tomorrow for the dedication of the Nathan Lazarus Skatepark, which he helped fund through his skatepark foundation.
